The Fine Print
The prices quoted on this menu are for
groups of 100 persons or more served within a thirty mile radius of our
San Carlos Park Commissary. If your event is beyond this radius, there
may be a transportation fee. If your group is less than 100 persons,
there is an additional fee to cover the fixed costs of our providing for
your event. This cost is based on your actual guest count and can be
determined as follows:
75 –100 persons Add $1.75 per
person
50-74 persons Add $4.00 per person
49 Persons and Under Call For Specific Pricing
The level of service provided at these
prices does not include guest table arrangement, bussing service or
guest trash removal. We would be pleased to quote on these services if
needed.Four (4) Work Days Prior to Event, the minimum number of dinners
will be confirmed and will not be subject to reduction. Additions to the
count during the four day period will be subject to a $.50 per person
premium to cover the retail costs of additional inventory. You will be
billed for the number of dinners ordered ‘one time through’ the line
unless otherwise arranged for. Plate or ticket count may be made at the
conclusion of the event.
Sales Tax is not included unless otherwise specified. Gratuities
are never included but are always appreciated and are left to the
customers’ discretion.
